Having honed skills in kitchens around the globe for the last 10 years, he has mastered the art of crafting dishes that transcend borders and delight the senses. But there's more to this culinary virtuoso than meets the eye.

 

Having a Master's degree in Exercise Science, being a Certified Personal Trainer & Nutrition Coach, Chef Mateo understands that the food we consume is not just a pleasure for the palate but also a source of vitality and energy. As a passionate advocate for health and fitness, he’s dedicated to helping professionals, athletes, and any individual looking to harness the power of nutrition to fuel their success.

At the core of his philosophy is the belief that health and fitness are essential for achieving peak performance (in any field), both mentally and physically. He takes pride in curating menus that are not only delicious but also highly nutritious. His commitment to your well-being is evident in his choice of ingredients to create meals that align with your health and fitness goals without compromising on taste. He prioritizes local, seasonal produce to ensure the freshest flavors and optimal nutritional value. For animal products, he exclusively uses grass-fed and pasture-raised options, steering clear of seed oils in favor of healthier alternatives (such as butter, ghee, extra virgin olive oil, avocado oil, and animal fats).
